There are no refunds once payment is completed.

As the artist, I maintain all and absolute rights to my works; this includes publishing the work on my socialsand adding it as a part of my portfolio, unless otherwise accorded with the client.

The estimated time for the commission can last between 1 to 2 and a half weeks, this may increase depending on the complexity of the commission or any problem that arises, in any case you will be notified.

Provide references of your character and let me know the pose, expressions and all the details needed for the artwork.

You can use my artwork for whatever you like as long as you give me credit, EXCEPT for the use of NFTs or AI.

I have the right to refuse the commission proposal if I can’t fulfill the standards or any other reason.

By purchasing a commission you will accept the terms and conditions of my services.

Communication via Instagram, VGen or Discord (personal preference Discord: "chelai2.0").

In case I do not respond quickly that either means I am busy with personal stuff, I am sleeping or my internet went down !!! :D
